A lawsuit was filed on bahalf of a former trader seeking a declaration that TD Securities’ non-compete is enforceable, void or otherwise inapplicable, alleging that the agreement covers too much geographic territory and subject matter, runs too long, and isn’t reasonably necessary to protect a legitimate business interest.
