'End Run' or 'Pro-Competition?' FTC, States' Antitrust Lawsuits Flag Zillow-Redfin Agreement

Seattle-based Zillow paid $100 million to acquire Redfin’s listings of multi-unit buildings, through an agreement by which Redfin shifted the listings to Zillow.
