Plaintiffs attorney Anthony DiPietro accused Wigdor Law partner David Gottlieb of “inducing” a client to terminate DiPietro and retain Gottlieb to negotiate her own settlement with Columbia University over sexual misconduct by an obstetrician-gynecologist. Gottlieb then accused DiPietro of misconduct.
